Email us and a real person will read your message and reply as soon as we can. It helps if you tell us your device, its system version and the app version (shown in Upcoming Birthdays's Settings).
Common questions
Why isn't someone's birthday showing?
Check two things. First, their contact card needs a birthday. Second, they need to be one of the people you've chosen in Upcoming Birthdays. If you gave limited contact access, also make sure they're included in the contacts you shared with the app (Settings › Privacy & Security › Contacts).
How do I add the widgets?
On iPhone or iPad, touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Upcoming Birthdays. On a Mac, Control-click the desktop and choose Edit Widgets.
I'm not getting birthday reminders.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Upcoming Birthdays in the Settings app under Notifications.
